What this page is for

This page is here for you to use as a list of items that you can (and probably should) bring to the LAN party as well as items that will not be welcome.

Also, please label your stuff (like surge protectors and game CD's) so that you can identify what stuff is yours early in the morning when we finish up.

What to bring

  • Computer
  • Monitor
  • Keyboard
  • Mouse / Mousepad
  • Power cords (x2, 1 for your montior one for your computer)
  • VGA, DVI, or HDMI monitor cable
  • Surge Protector
    • Depending on where we have the event the number of outlets can vary greatly. We will have spares but if a large amount of people show up they could all be taken.
  • Game disks
  • Headphones
    • Please do not bring speakers. Table space is limited and besides, in a noisy room it is easier to hear people creeping up on you with headphones on.
  • Folding Table
    • To ensure that you get premium space it might be a good idea to bring a table, otherwise we will put people were we find space. This is entirely optional and not expected, but just to let people know that if you have a spare folding table it will be welcomed.
  • Some cash for food
    • At some point we will order pizza or some other food, if you want to eat with us then you will need to chip in.
  • Snacks / Pops / Energy Drinks
    • One of our sponsors is a bakery so we will probably have doughnuts and pastries available for free.
    • We often have energy drinks available to be purchased for less than you can buy them at the convenience store. The types and prices vary according to what we can find cheap. In the past this has been Amp, Bawls, Rockstar, or Monster.
    • I usually bring a bag of chips and a couple energy drinks for myself and I think that would be a good idea for everyone else.
